Lancashire Cyber Eco-System Programme - Management Development Workshop

In the dynamic landscape of cybersecurity, effective management is paramount.    

This full-day, bespoke training programme designed and informed by cutting-edge research, equips professionals involved with, or connected to a digital/cyber remit, with the management skills and insights needed to enhance job quality and productivity in their organisations. There are three different workshop dates to choose from.

This workshop us hosted by University of Central Lancashire at either their Preston or Burnley campus. The programme is aimed at HR professionals, strategic leaders, or those new to management. It provides practical solutions to key management topics to ensure tangible organisational impact.

Whats Involved:

  • Fully funded (FREE) for Lancashire and Cumbria residents that work as cyber professionals, are managers with digital/cyber responsibility, or those with an interest in cyber security within their organisation. 
  • Day-long workshop – 9:30am - 4pm with refreshments and networking lunch provided, hosted at Uclan's Preston and Burnley campus.
  • A pre-and post-workshop questionnaire is included to support you to make effective changes in your organisation.
