Hyndburn Culture, Arts & Heritage Grant Programme opens for 2025/26 intake

Hyndburn Council is offering small grants to support a wide range of creative, cultural, heritage and community activities across the borough. Applications must be submitted by 1st September 2024.

The Culture, Arts and Heritage Grant Programme 2025–26 offers funding from £150 to £10,000 for projects that celebrate local identity, build pride in place, and bring communities together.
Applications are invited from community groups, charities, artists, schools, businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
Eligible projects could include:
- Cultural and heritage events
- Creative workshops and exhibitions
- Storytelling, public art and oral history projects
- Intergenerational and cross-cultural initiatives
- Projects that develop creative skills or support local talent
- Community-led use of local heritage spaces or themes
Deadline for applications is Monday 1st September 2025
