An exhibition showcasing some of Lancashire's best archaeological finds.

Hidden Hoards & Fascinating Finds! showcases some of Lancashire's best archaeological finds.
The objects featured belonged to people in Lancashire spanning thousands of years, from a 4000-year-old gold armlet buried by our prehistoric ancestors to a thimble lost in the 1600s.
Highlighted are many finds from the Ribble Valley including the Waddington Hoard, Ribchester Intaglios, Pendleton Bead and Mitton Hoard.
The exhibition delves back through Lancashire's history, exploring the stories surrounding these objects and how they came to be buried in the ground.
Young museum explorers can also enjoy completing our Hoard Hunters and Lost & Found activities.
Entry to the exhibition is part of museum admission. Adults £5.10. Anyone 18 years or younger goes free.
Open daily March to October and Tuesday to Friday from November to February.
Clitheroe Castle Museum is managed by Lancashire County Council's Museum Service on behalf of Ribble Valley Borough Council.
