Take the Annual Maker Needs Survey 2022-23

Have your say! Craft Council's annual survey of maker needs is now open and they want to hear from you. Help to inform future support for the sector, and a chance to win prizes! Deadline is 9th January 2023.
Hearing direct from makers offers invaluable insights and will help inform Craft Council's offer of support for artists, designers and makers at all stages of their careers; as well as being shared with you to support the important work you offer the sector.
In addition, your data will inform the intelligence they gather on the challenges and barriers facing craft businesses today. This will be utilised to support the advocacy work done by the Crafts Council which includes lobbying government for much needed support for the sector.
The survey takes 10-15 minutes and all responses are confidential. You will also have the chance to enter a free prize draw where you will win the following prizes.
- Five winners will get The Design Trust 2023 Diary Planner or Journal planner (worth £50), which includes 6 hours online business training and access to their private Facebook group, helping you to set and reach your business goals for the year ahead.
- Five winners will get a free half hour Business Booster session with one of the Crafts Council business skills team.
The survey and prize draw will close on the 9 January 2023. Winners will contacted by email.
