Festive Project 2025: Creative Lancashire X Escape2Make
15 December 2025
For our Festive Project 2025, we collaborated with Escape2Make, to highlight the amazing work the organisation does to provide access to creative opportunities for young people, through its workshops in a safe, kind and welcoming space.
Creative Lancashire X Escape2Make
Escape 2 Make (E2M) is an arts support organisation that aims to help 11-18 year olds, from all walks of life to escape from boredom, social media, loneliness and any pressure at school or home by providing free creative activities.
For our Festive Project this year, we've made a short film, in collaboration with Andy Walmsley of Wash Studio, to highlight more about what E2M does to support young people in the region.
It was filmed on location at their creative arts venue in Lancaster during a recent Reflections Event where E2M reviewed and celebrated their vibrant year.
More about Escape2Make
E2M's activity is currently focussed in the Lancaster and Morecambe area but they have plans to extend their delivery to more places in the future.
They work hard to keep their activity and delivery free to access for all young people. This is to ensure all 11-18s can access a safe space where they make friends, explore their creative passions and contribute to their local community.
This work really makes a difference.
You can read more about how E2M changes the lives of young people on the Impact Page.
In order to remove financial barriers to crucial support, E2M ensures that all activities are free for young people to engage with.
This puts a tremendous strain on the organisation to fundraise, as there are no subscription costs, hidden charges or joining fees. Through donations, grants, sponsorships and fundraising activities - E2M is able to change the lives of young people. But this is always the hardest part of what we do.
Your support can help change lives, providing a lifeline for 11-18s and laying the foundations for them to achieve a greater sense of self-confidence in their futures.
