Sculptor Marjan Wouda's massive Hare sculpture, which was exhibited in Whitaker Park and in the Forest of Bowland, is now returning to its home in Rawtenstall.
After a successful crowdfunding campaign, the 3.6m steel sculpture of Sir Hare is to be permanently installed on Rawtenstall’s Town Square, providing a new focal point for the town. Join Marjan Wouda and residents of Rawtenstall in welcoming Sir Hare to the town square on 3pm on Thursday 29th October 2026.
