Join Loz Kaye and a variety of community choirs for these singing experiences as part of a season showcasing inclusive singing across Lancashire led by County of Song.
County of Song and Encounter Festival are looking for participants to join Encounter Voices’ Loz Kaye, Heartbeat, Songbirds and Connect Community choirs for a 'song sharing' celebrating singing itself – the power of lyrics to lift the spirits, and the joy of finding your voice through music.
This forms part of “Lean on Me”, a season showcasing inclusive singing across Lancashire led by County of Song.
The public sharing will take place in the splendid space of the rotunda of the newly refurbished Preston Harris Museum. The event is inspired by the work Lancashire’s choirs are doing to make singing more inclusive and boost health, well-being, and social connection.
You’ll need to take part in one or both of the “Sing!” preparation workshops, listed below:
