Light Up Lancaster Artists' Brunch: The Three R's
Saturday 7th November 2026 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
The Storey, Meeting House Lane, Lancaster LA1 1TH
Back
Make contacts and connections and find out how artists turn rubbish and rejected materials into fabulous and environmentally friendly light art.
This is an informal, relaxed opportunity – a lively, free networking session over croissants, coffee and chat – to share ideas, views, aspirations and find out about artists are maximising the possibilities of the three Rs – recycle, reuse & repurpose.
Sparking the conversation will be a special panel of guests including UK & Australia-based artist, Rachel Riggs, Anne Bennett and Tracey Graham, who makes no bones about her practice by operating under the title of Rubbish Artist.
And, of course, it’s a rare chance to meet national and regional artists and companies that make great light art and tell them more about your work, plans and ideas too.
The morning is an integral part of Light Up Lancaster 2026 – a chance for artists, commissioners, producers, venues and creators to mingle, get to know each other, pick up tips and advice and, as ever, have a good natter!
Sign up for the free brunch here.
Saturday 7th November, 10.30am to 12.30pm
