What Growth means for Creative and Digital? - Lancashire Forum Creative Think Tank

For some creative and digital SMEs growing, taking on more staff, moving premises, expanding horizons and thinking big is the right direction. For others, staying small and agile might work best. There is no one-size-fits-all approach so what are the pros and cons of different models?

Drawing on the experiences of some of Lancashire’s most established practitioners this Think Tank takes the format of a round-table discussion and invites audience members to engage directly with people who have been through the growth process to help you explore what growth really entails and if it’s right for your business. Our panel members are Dom Williams, formerly of Fat Media, Andy Walmsley of Wash Studio and David Flanagan. Each has taken a different approach and has a different story to tell.
