Leading Lancashire Programme: High Performing Teams
Wednesday 29th September 2021 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM
Virtual
BackAn exciting new full day intensive workshop focussing on High Performing Teams ...how do you create and lead them?
This is a great opportunity if you aspire to lead teams that consistently perform at the highest level. While we intuitively know when a team is doing great, it can be less clear what the key ingredients are and how to combine them as a leader, year on year. This course provides insight into the background to what makes high performance possible and what leaders can do to accelerate the process.
This course is appropriate for managers and leaders with a minimum of a year’s experience of team leadership at any level in the organisation.
You will learn about:
• The evidence and theories that underpin the idea of High-Performance Teams and the associated models
• How to use a specific model to guide assessment of your team(s) and inform your leadership behaviours and communication with them
• Undertake an audit of your team’s current position and explore options for improvement, including your leadership approach
• Receive coaching and advice, and develop a plan of action
