Ruth has 17 years of television and media industry experience, allowing her to lead the growth and development of Lancashire's creative & digital industries.  Ruth's responsibilities include strategy, planning & delivery and advocating for Lancashire's creative and digital sector.

Gemma Coupe, Senior Project Officer

Gemma's background in design provides her with an in-depth understanding of the creative and digital sector.  Gemma's responsibilities include project management, business support for Central & West Lancashire, and supporting Ruth with strategy & advocacy.

Ed's experience in creative retail and galleries has equipped him with a broad knowledge of the commercial side of creativity.  Ed is responsible for representing and supporting the creative and digital businesses of Pennine Lancashire, through business support, events, advocacy and strategic partnerships.
