Creative Business Cup 2015 Launches To Find World's Best Creative Entrepreneur

Creative England is the UK host organisation for the Creative Business Cup (CBC) a competition to find the world’s best creative entrepreneur.

Each year Creative England holds a competition to find the UK Winner who will go on to compete against other national winners from across the world to win the global title of ’Best Creative Entrepreneur’ at the Global Award show in Copenhagen, Denmark, in November during Global Entrepreneurship Week.

The total value of prizes on offer is worth more than USD 100,000 and during the Global Award Show participating delegates can enjoy a programme of seminars, one-on-one sessions, investor matchmaking and showcasing opportunities. For more information on prizes in 2014, click here.

The Creative Business Cup is open to new and established entrepreneurs from the creative industries anywhere in the world and looks for new and revolutionary business ideas with strong market potential.

Last year’s entries included GIGI bloks, a giant construction toy for children which allows kids to express their imagination through playing.

The winner, from Poland, was “CTAdventure” an interactive computer game that teaches science. This educational game helps teenagers understand the complicated world of chemistry and allows them to carry out their own chemical experiments in a safe environment using Augmented Reality technology.
