In recent years we have also been recognised for our standalone film and animation work, having been the recipient of two EVCOM awards since 2016 and nominated for another in this year’s awards.

We help our clients communicate and interact with their stakeholders, creating impact and maximising their ROI by developing and delivering memorable events, innovative digital solutions and inspiring film.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys a vibrant working environment and who shares our goals for creativity and excellence. You will have excellent technical knowledge and customer interaction skills, taking responsibility for the creative direction of a wide variety of film and animation projects, often working on multiple different projects at the same time.

Role

The role of Producer sits within our creative team, and will involve working independently and as part of wider project teams to design and produce content from initial concepts through to completion. The ideal candidate will have an all-round knowledge of film and animation production techniques, from corporate videos, social media campaigns and drama to live event film production, highlights films and event content such as opening sequences and idents and performance visuals.  

We are looking for someone who can interpret client briefs, work within brand guidelines to generate creative concepts and storyboards, write and deliver creative proposals and pitches, and oversee production and post-production working closely with individual project teams.  

The role will involve:

  • Project management & client liaison
  • Taking client briefs and presenting ideas to clients
  • Interpreting and responding to creative tenders and pitching ideas to potential clients
  • Keeping up to date on the latest film and animation production techniques
  • Contributing to wider content development for events
  • Working independently and as part of a wider project delivery team
  • Managing freelance crew and third party supplier
  • Managing internal teams
  • Attendance at filming locations, live events and client meetings as required
  • Undertaking the role of director for some film projects
  • Budget management.


Experience

You will have a track record producing creative film and/or animation projects. Ideally you will have experience in corporate film production, as well as a knowledge of film production equipment and techniques.

This is a new in-house role providing you with an exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of our creative services. You will need the ability to manage your own work across a number of projects simultaneously, sometimes to tight deadlines.

  • Can work independently or part of a larger project team
  • Full clean driving license


Location and Remuneration

Our Head Office is based in Leyland, Lancashire. The position carries an excellent package including salary circa £35K depending on experience plus car allowance and contributory pension scheme, as well as non-contractual profit related bonus together with other benefits such as healthcare insurance which are activated following a period of employment.
