Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair

at Old Granada Studios, Manchester

The GNCCF team are on site, the exhibition stands are going up and over 160 makers around the country are frantically finishing off work to show at the most anticipated craft fair in the North.  The Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair 2014 opens its doors this Thursday evening.

The GNCCF is happening this weekend so you and your friends can enjoy an exciting new venue: Old Granada Studios. The GNCCF is taking over four big studios so there's lots to see and plenty of space to browse. You'll recognise some of your favourite makers but we've introduced lots of new makers to keep you interested and inspired. Once again there will be: the Great Northern Graduates showcase with the best from this year's creative degree courses; the Hothouse Alumni with a cohort of makers from the Crafts Council's Maker Development Scheme and Chrome Yellow Books are back with their specialist art and craft titles.  And after all that, you'll deserve a well-earned break and chance to contemplate your purchases, at the pop up cafe from Herb & Spice.
