The graduate scheme with a difference

First Bite is a groundbreaking graduate employment scheme - providing Lancashire's businesses with top class creative graduates who are determined, hungry and talented!

Young graduates who have progressed from any creative discipline in the last three years can apply to the scheme to undertake a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Business Management.  As part of the qualification graduates will spend six months working in a local business in a real position on a full salary.  If you can prove yourself, there's probably a permanent position on offer to follow on.

Local businesses can apply to host a placement - you will get to hand-pick your graduate through shortlisting and interview processes and we will make sure that both parties are equipped to make the best of this fantastic opportunity.

The scheme is a partnership between Lancashire County Council's Creative Lancashire Team and the University of Central Lancashire.
