Delivered by David Parrish, Creative Finance is a one-day workshop designed specifically for enterprises in the creative, cultural and digital industries.

This interactive workshop will help creative entrepreneurs to manage profitability, cash flow and pricing as their businesses grow.

Participants will work in groups, using a fictional but realistic business case, to learn more about project budgeting, fixed and variable costs, depreciation, cash flow and managing for profitability.

The workshop does not assume any prior knowledge of accounts or finance and is ideal for creative entrepreneurs who do not have a background in finance or accountancy. The workshop is designed to be relevant and accessible.
