BOB North announces partnership with Virgin Trains

Best of Britannia is delighted to announce that Virgin Trains has been appointed as the event’s preferred travel partner for BOB North.

This fitting and mutually beneficial partnership comes in the same year that Best of Britannia has expanded to two events over the course of 2015; one in London as usual and another in Preston.

Taking place from 15th – 17th May, BOB North will play host to, amongst many consumers, a flurry of trade buyers and national media journalists all of which will be delivered into Preston Train Station in style by Virgin Trains.

Virgin Trains run fast, frequent train services connecting Preston to the key cities of London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Journeys from London and Glasgow take a little over two hours.

Virgin has also partnered with one of the exhibitors of BOB North, cycling accessories brand Carradice, to create a limited edition bike bag made entirely of recycled materials which will be revealed at the event.

Taking place in the historic Post Office building and Market Square in the heart of the Lancashire city, BoB North will showcase the best in British design in interior, fashion, food and drink, motors and much much more.

In the run up to BOB North, from Tuesday 12th May, Preston train station will play host to a buzz of BoB North activity. Expect visits from Preston politicians, celebrities and the mayor while various exhibitors give travellers and commuters a taster of the real thing to take place that weekend.

BOB North is also proud to be working in partnership with Marketing Lancashire, Preston City Council, Virgin Trains and UCLan to ensure maximum impact to both exhibitor and visitor.
